Also, please try to temporarily disable any security related software installed on your computer that could potentially stall or block your from uploading files on your account. Additionally, you can also change the upload settings of your account within the 'Settings' page depending on which method you are using (Add files or Drag and drop). Please note that wireless network will always have intermittent issue which can potentially stall or stop your uploads/downloads. If you have a wired connection such as a LAN or local area network, we suggest uploading from there. As LAN networks are more stable and faster than wireless networks.
